Jaypee Greens Klassic Duplex – Sector 134, Noida Expressway (Noida)

Jaypee Greens Klassic Duplex is a ready-to-move residential enclave in Sector 134, Noida (on the Noida–Greater Noida Expressway). Developed by Jaiprakash Associates’ real estate arm (Jaypee Infratech, now managed by Suraksha Group), the project offers 2 BHK, 3 BHK, and 4 BHK duplex apartments in a well-planned township setting. The developer touts a “heightened” lifestyle here – each apartment spans two floors connected by a private staircase, giving extra room height, superior ventilation and natural light. This is relatively rare at this price point; most NCR duplexes are penthouses, but Klassic provides them in regular towers on every floor.

The complex consists of six G+12 towers (A1–A6), each with 8 flats per floor. Every unit comes with a covered car parking slot and access to three high-speed elevators per tower. Importantly, Klassic Duplex is fully constructed – possession began in March 2018 – so all apartments are sold only on resale. As of 2026, the community is well-settled; two towers (A2 & A3) were the last pending OC, but most flats are already occupied.

Location & Connectivity

Jaypee Klassic Duplex enjoys a prime expressway location. It sits along the 80m-wide Sector Road in Sector 134, directly on the Noida–Greater Noida Expressway. This means quick commutes: the Yamuna Expressway, FNG Corridor and DND Flyway are all easily reachable. According to Jaypee, the site is just “2 minutes from the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway and 30 minutes from the Jewar Airport”. The upcoming Noida International Airport (Jewar) will be a ~45–50 minute drive. Major thoroughfares like Kalindi Kunj and the new link road near Sector 137 are about 7–10 km away, providing swift access into Delhi.

Public transport is convenient: the Sector 137 Aqua Line Metro station is only ~2 km from Klassic. For daily needs, the township has its own retail hubs. Since Klassic Duplex is a completed & occupied project, flats are sold only on the resale market. Current listing prices (resale) typically range from about ₹95–100 Lakhs for a 2 BHK, to ₹1.2–1.3 Crore for a 3 BHK, up to ₹2.1+ Crore for a 4 BHK. The base selling price (BSP) was around ₹7,600–8,500 per sq.ft (₹95–96 L for 1154 sq.ft 2 BHK, ₹1.20–1.25 Cr for 1570 sq.ft 3 BHK, etc). Actual resale rates depend on the flat’s condition, floor height, and view. Units overlooking the golf-course or parks (in adjacent sectors) may fetch a premium. Given the ready status of the project, buyers usually arrange bank home-loans or outright payments.

For comparison, overall Class A rate in Sector 134 is roughly ₹8,000–9,000 per sq.ft (as per major property portals). Developer & Project Status

The project was conceived by Jaypee Infratech Ltd (Jaypee Greens), a major NCR township developer. (Due to Jaypee Group’s insolvency, its real estate assets – including Klassic – are now managed by Suraksha Group.) Jaypee is known for large integrated townships (like Jaypee Wishtown) and golf-centric projects in Noida and NCR. Klassic Duplex sits within Jaypee Wishtown, which spans over 1,000 acres of residential, green and leisure space.

RERA & Legal: Klassic obtained its Occupancy Certificates (OCs) around 2016–2018, prior to the RERA Act. Therefore the project is exempt from RERA registration. Buyers should still verify the sale deed and encumbrance certificate when purchasing a resale flat, and take customary legal advice. All resales are straightforward once the documents are clear, as the project has no pending construction.
